Can you find leaks under a Queenslander?
Yes. On raised homes we inspect the subfloor for wet joists and bearers, then trace the water back to the shower, waste, pipe or roof it's coming from with moisture mapping, thermal imaging and testing.
Will Urban Utilities reduce my bill for a hidden leak?
Urban Utilities, which supplies Brisbane and Ipswich, may offer financial assistance for a concealed leak once it's been repaired. Our report shows where the leak was and what caused it, which supports your application. Logan and Redland customers should check their council water service's leak policy.
Do you work with body corporates and property managers?
Yes. We find leaks in units and townhouses, including water coming through from the unit above, and our report says whether the source is within a lot or on common property. Property managers can set up a 30-day account.
