Roof Inspection Safety:

Fall protection is a workplace safety requirement, such as roofs that have an incline over 5 degrees and when individuals are working at a minimum height of two meters and over. Fall hazards will be accessed by our technicians and if deemed unsafe, appointments will be rescheduled until safety measures are in place. Walking or working within two metres of a roof’s edge, the job will require guardrails, a static line or both. 1300FINDLEAK PTY LTD strives to employ the highest level of safety precautions whenever possible, to avoid injuries to workers and liability to the company. These terms and conditions specifically apply to comprehensive flood tests conducted on concrete balcony floors situated above affected areas. This two-stage process is undertaken to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.

  1. Pricing: The initial visit will incur a charge of $398, with the follow-up visit on the subsequent day charged at $168.

  2. Preparation: It is imperative that, prior to our arrival for the first visit, the balcony is fully cleared of all furniture, planters, and pots. Additionally, the surface must be meticulously cleaned, ensuring no pet faeces or urine remain. This preparation is a mandatory requirement for all flood tests, regardless of the balcony's floor type. Failure to meet these preparation requirements may result in the rescheduling of the test and/or additional charges.

Roof Survey – 4K Drone Inspection Service

Our comprehensive roof survey service utilizes state-of-the-art 4K drone technology to provide high-resolution imaging and detailed analysis of your roof. This non-invasive method ensures a thorough inspection, capturing clear aerial profiles from all angles – North, South, East, and West – to give a complete overview of your roof's condition.
