What affects the cost?

How many leaks there are. A single leak on one line is the simplest job. Several leaks, or several lines to test, take longer.
What needs testing. Long underground lines, pipes under a concrete slab, large roofs or several wet areas can need more testing time.
Access. Apartments and strata buildings may need access to the unit above or below, the roof or a plant room.
Location. Areas outside metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast have their own first-hour price, shown above.
