Service terms
Roof inspection safety
Fall protection is required when working on roofs with a pitch over 5 degrees, at a height of 2 metres or more, or within 2 metres of a roof edge, which may need guardrails, a static line or both. Our technicians assess fall hazards on arrival, and if it isn't safe to proceed, we'll reschedule until safety measures are in place. Safe work information
Balcony flood testing (concrete floors only)
A balcony flood test is done in two visits. In metro Melbourne the first visit is $398 and the follow-up visit the next day is $198. Before the first visit, the balcony must be fully cleared of furniture, planters and pots and cleaned, with no pet waste. If it isn't ready, the test may need to be rescheduled and extra charges may apply.
Roof survey with a 4K drone
Our drone survey captures high-resolution aerial views of your roof from all four sides, with close-ups of fixtures, penetrations, gutters and sumps, so we can spot wear, damage or blockages without anyone climbing on the roof. Airspace restrictions apply near airports and critical infrastructure. We check your location and get any permits needed before the survey.

Extra time is $198 per hour in Melbourne and $168 per hour in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Mornington Peninsula starts from $498, Geelong and the Surf Coast from $598 and regional Victoria from $698. Online bookings show your price before you confirm. Most single leaks are found within the first hour.
Can I book same-day or emergency leak detection?
Same-day times can often be booked online, depending on availability in your area. If water is leaking right now or you smell gas, call 1300 346 353, 24/7, rather than booking online.
What happens at the appointment?
A licensed technician uses thermal imaging, acoustic listening, tracer gas and moisture meters to find the source of the leak without digging up floors or smashing tiles. We mark the spot, explain what we found and send you a PDF report.
Will I get a report for my insurance claim?
Yes. Every job includes a PDF report with photos, thermal images, readings and the cause of the leak. Insurers use it to assess resultant damage claims.
