Yes, as long as we can get access. Arrange keys or someone to let us in, and we'll send the report with photos by email.
Do you walk on the roof?
Only where it's safe. If a roof is too high, steep, wet or fragile, we use a drone and inspect from inside the roof space instead.
What happens if you can't find the leak?
We offer Found or you don't pay: if we can't find the leak you booked us for, you don't pay for the inspection. Conditions apply; see our guarantee terms.
Do you repair the roof as well?
