Mornington Peninsula inspections are $498, Geelong and the Surf Coast $598, and regional Victoria $698. Pool and spa leak detection starts at $798 and a pre-purchase plumbing inspection is $498. Repairs are quoted separately after the leak is found.

Does insurance cover leak detection?

Most insurers cover leak detection under the "trace and access" section of a policy. Our written reports document the cause of the leak with photographic and test evidence and reference the National Construction Code, which is what insurers and loss adjusters generally need to assess a claim.
