Window Leak Middle Park
Another mystery wall leak, turned out to be a window leak. Water was entering from ground floor window sill only during heavy rain and a northerly direction.
Inspection and testing determined that:
The first floor powder room window was not installed correctly
The window sill is not flush with the wall panel and there is likely a flashing defect.
