Shower Leak Elsternwick

The owners of this 4 year old shower have used several companies to locate this mystery shower leak. Water is constantly underneath the tiles. Inspection and comprehensive testing procedure determined that no puddle flange is installed. A puddle flange allows water to disperse under the tiles into the drain.

This customer will have to ensure the grout and caulking is always in perfect condition.
